Every Student Goes Pro
Every student who completes our program is ready to walk into a professional role as an engineer, developer, or technical communicator and contribute from day one.
Pro-Ready Engineer
CAD design, CNC machining, 3D printing, fabrication. Our students use the same tools and processes found in professional engineering shops.
Pro-Ready Developer
Java, version control, autonomous systems, sensor integration. Students write production-quality code and ship it to a real robot every season.
Pro-Ready Communicator
Technical writing, judged presentations, sponsor outreach. Every student learns to document and communicate their work like a professional.
Why FutureForward
We Build More Than Robots
Every student walks away with the skills, confidence, and experience to go pro.
Hands-On Learning
Students build real robots from scratch, learning by doing, not just reading textbooks.
Real Engineering Skills
From Java programming to CAD design and CNC machining, using industry-standard tools and techniques.
Future-Ready Graduates
Students graduate with the portfolio, teamwork, and professional skills that colleges and employers expect from day one.
Professional Mentors
Coached by working engineers and industry professionals who bring real-world expertise into every practice session.
Industry Equipment
CNC routers, laser cutters, SLS and SLA 3D printers, and manual machines, all available to students from day one.

Success Stories
Our students don't just build robots: they land internships, earn academic honors, and launch businesses. Here are a few of their stories.
Eric McVay
FTC Student
Eric served as Lead Mechanical Engineer, turning ideas into real, working systems using CNC machining, laser cutting, and 3D printing while helping his team reach the World Championship. His work earned him acceptance into the Georgia Governor's Honors Program and an internship at the Georgia Tech Research Institute.

Hear From Our Community
Real feedback from students and parents who've experienced FutureForward firsthand.
As lead mechanical engineer, I gained hands-on experience with CNC machining, laser cutting, lathing, and 3D printing while helping our team reach the World Championship. This opened doors to the Governor's Honors Program and an internship at Georgia Tech Research Institute.
Eric McVay
FTC Student
The mentorship and hands-on experience have been invaluable. Our son has grown tremendously in confidence, leadership, and public speaking. The experience helped him earn acceptance into the Governor's Honors Program and a summer internship at Georgia Tech Research Institute.
Amelia McVay
Parent
I went from zero CAD experience to earning a Professional Certification in Onshape. That foundation let me master FDM, SLS, SLA printing, CNC routing, and laser cutting, then launch my own Etsy store where I achieved Star Seller status.
Waylon Shao
FTC Student
FTC Firestorm was the most impactful experience I've had. It challenged me to grow in ways I never expected. I learned how to solve problems, think under pressure, and work with a team. The knowledge, friendships, and personal growth made it an unforgettable part of my journey.
